These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between SyncRetreat, a legally registered Sole Proprietorship based in India ("SyncRetreat," "We," "Us"), and the client ("Client," "You") purchasing access to the Deep Work Infrastructure Camp (the "Camp"). By remitting the initial deposit, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
SyncRetreat provides enterprise-grade remote work infrastructure, including guaranteed workspace, redundant internet connectivity, and operational support in Leh, Ladakh.
This is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction. The Camp is an investment in professional productivity infrastructure designed exclusively for tech founders, executives, and senior engineers.
SyncRetreat is not a travel agency, tour operator, or consumer holiday provider. We do not provide tourism or leisure services.
Access to the Camp is strictly curated. SyncRetreat reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or expel any Client who does not meet our professional criteria or violates our Community Rules. Casual tourists and backpackers are strictly prohibited.
To secure infrastructure and real estate allocation, the following payment terms are non-negotiable:
Total Cost: The total fee for the 28-day Camp is $1,499 USD.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $199 USD is required immediately upon acceptance to secure your allocation. This fee covers immediate administrative and local infrastructure reservation costs.
Balance of Payment: The remaining balance of $1,300 USD must be settled in full no later than thirty (30) days prior to the official launch date of the Camp. Failure to remit the balance will result in the immediate forfeiture of your allocation and the $199 USD deposit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: SyncRetreat operates on strict infrastructure leasing agreements. The initial $199 deposit is strictly non-refundable. For the remaining balance, cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to the cohort start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the start date are strictly non-refundable due to the inability to re-lease the physical node on short notice.
The Client assumes 100% liability and responsibility for the following:
Visas and Entry: Securing a valid Indian e-Tourist Visa (or applicable business visa) prior to departure. SyncRetreat bears no responsibility for visa denials or immigration delays.
International and Domestic Transit: Booking and managing all flights to and from New Delhi, India, and subsequent transit to Leh, Ladakh.
Insurance: The Client is mandated to hold comprehensive medical and travel insurance that explicitly covers high-altitude environments and emergency evacuation.
SyncRetreat will provide:
Dedicated operational workspaces outfitted with ergonomic setups.
Enterprise-grade internet connectivity (Dual-WAN with redundant ISP failover) on a best-effort basis, acknowledging the extreme geographical location.
Processing and procurement of local Protected Area Permits (PAP) required for specific regional access within Ladakh.
Accommodation and catering via our local vendor network.
The Camp operates in the Himalayas, a high-altitude, extreme environment.
Force Majeure: SyncRetreat is not liable for disruptions, internet outages, delays, or cancellations caused by acts of God, extreme weather, geopolitical instability, local government mandates, or civil unrest.
Best-Effort Infrastructure: While we provide redundant connectivity (Dual-WAN, multi-ISP failover), the Client acknowledges that absolute 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed in Ladakh. SyncRetreat is not liable for lost revenue, missed deadlines, or business interruptions experienced by the Client.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or the Client's participation in the Camp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhattisgarh, India.

All images, photographs, and visual representations displayed on the SyncRetreat website, marketing materials, and destination pages — including but not limited to accommodation, co-working spaces, landscapes, and weekend excursion locations — are for illustrative purposes only.

SyncRetreat makes no warranty that the specific locations, rooms, or amenities shown in any image will be identical to those provided during a Client's stay. Any such images are representative of the standard and quality of experience SyncRetreat aims to deliver, not a contractual guarantee of an exact match.
